Client appreciation is so important to POSH PR®. We hold each brand we work with close to our hearts and know that without them, POSH PR would not be as blessed as it is today. Here are just a few ways that we show our clients how much they mean to us!
HAND WRITTEN LETTERS AND PRETTY MAIL
The art of letter writing is not dead, no matter how much people think it is. Everyone loves getting a card in the mail, and it means so much to your client that you took the time to send something that is personalized just for them. Also — every month we send our clients Pretty Mail which could be something such as a notebook, a confetti popper or even champagne gummy bears! We love to send these little gifts as a reminder of how thankful we are for them!
POP CHAMPAGNE
We almost always pop champagne before sitting down in a meeting with our clients — because Champagne is Always the Answer®!
ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE
We know know much trust our clients put in us — they hand over their business to us and it is our job to help them elevate their brand. In order to make sure they trust us with something so precious, we make sure that we answer all questions or comments that they may have immediately! Even if it is just a “Hi saw your message, I will look over it and get back to you ASAP.”

SET UP NETWORK MEETINGS
While we have clients all over the world, we love setting up networking meetings and parties for all of our local clients! It is a fun way for them to interact with one another and with us on a more personal level. And who doesn’t love an excuse to dress up, sip champagne and interact with like-minded women?!
