Wix, Weebly, Wordpress, or Squarespace: Pros and Cons of The Most Popular Site Builders

Starting a business can be daunting. Knowing your ideal client, creating your brand identity, and deciding on your marketing tools are all difficult tasks to undertake. At POSH PR®, we believe your website design shouldn't be one of them.

Determining the best site builder is hard for many of our Dolls. There are plenty of options out there, and knowing which one is right for you and your business is definitely difficult to choose. Below, we've compared the most popular site builders, so you can pick the one that's best for your brand new website!

If you're a complete beginner, Weebly is probably your best option. Squarespace is better for sophisticated and artsy designers who will have a huge base of images to use, but can be limited in it's additional inclusion options. When it comes to technical assistance, Squarespace is the clear winner. However, if you're just beginning, Weebly is the cheaper and more intuitive option. WordPress is more expensive, and can be great for users who know how to code, but has great speed times for responsiveness. Wix is great for users who want a visual and beginner-friendly experience, especially with their Site History recovery feature. However, you can't change templates once you've started and it’s limited on its commerce abilities when it comes to shipping and services.

At POSH PR®, we love using Squarespace for our clients. It's templates are visually stunning, and our experience in building sites within it has made it quite easy to use. Whenever we have questions, their technical assistance is just a click away. For our dolls, we love providing the best options for their business, and Squarespace is our best recommendation.
