Branding Photoshoots: An In-Depth Look

We love building beautiful brands for our fashion, beauty, and lifestyle clients, and part of that process is branding photoshoots! Much different than your typical headshots, our branding photoshoots provide you with visual content that will advertise your brand and attract your ideal client on your website, social media platforms, and beyond. Below, we've provided you with an in-depth look at our fun and fabulous photoshoots!

The Drawing Board:

When we begin designing a branding photoshoot for a client, there's a lot of work that goes into starting this process! First things first, you’ll need a beautiful brand to start with! Having a solid Brand Identity as your base sets the ground work for your photoshoot. We determine your key words, your colors, your inspirational images, and your ideal client - all the things that work for your brand! We'll then talk you through your ideas and dreams, and work out the right logistics to get you there for your photoshoot! We determine a location that works with your industry, the clothing and furniture that fits your brand, and the right details that fill the space to attract your ideal client. We’ll also provide you with a mood board of images that will act as the inspiration for your photoshoot until we get you in front of a camera!

Photoshoot Day

Let the fun begin! While photoshoot days can be exhausting, we love the exhilarating feeling of seeing your brand come to life in physical form! You'll walk into a room that looks and feels like you and your brand, and we'll get to work on making you feel completely comfortable showing it (and you) off! These photoshoots can last a couple of hours (although, the setup and breakdown sometimes requires a full day's work)! What's included? Anything you can dream! We can provide chic clothing, rented furniture, and even do a little personal shopping for you! We love looking for the perfect pieces for our clients, including books, vases, and even pens to use on their photoshoot day! On photoshoot day, you’ll be professionally styled in three scenes! Your Girlboss scene, which shows you in an office setting; a Lifestyle scene, where you’re comfortably posed in front of a background that feels like your most authentic self; and a Feature scene! We determine this last scene based on each client. For example, if you love fitness and are a personal trainer, your last scene may be working out in a gym! We do whatever feels best for you, your brand, and your ideal client!

To Infinity... and Beyond!

Once your photoshoot ends, we'll work with the photographer to get your photos back as soon as possible to start seeing the magic come to life. (Our Photographer Doll, Shalese, has an incredibly quick turnaround time!) This is when you really start seeing your total brand turn into a reality! As your Business BFF™, we'll use your photos for your new website, your social media strategy, your printed materials, and your headshots! We like to make sure that each photoshoot will give you anywhere from 6 months to a year's worth of content for all of your business needs!
