At POSH PR®, we are lucky to work on a team that allows us to channel our best selves. We are guided to harness our strengths and use them to serve our clients each day! We don’t mean to brag, but we really do have it made here! When you’re able to marry your God-given gifts with what you love you become completely unstoppable! So our advice to you today is simple. Find what fuels your passion and pursue it daily!
Okay, now we have to be honest with you Dolls. POSH PR® was not always run this way. In the early years as a company, each Doll would be assigned a single project and she would take care of all facets of that single project. But we learned something along the way. Not everyone had a strength in all areas and, at times, it made projects difficult to complete at the elevated level we expect. So we pivoted! Now we each are able to embrace our strengths and work in a collaborative environment where everyone’s talents are ignited on a daily basis.
Dolls, stay with us on this one, but do you remember learning about when Ford first came out with the Model T? They created assembly lines where people worked in one area and they kept moving the cars from one place to another. That’s how we work here at POSH PR® — just remove the cars and add in pretty brands! We each perfect and master our area of genius and then move the project to the next phase when our piece has been completed! #Theprdolls have found this to be the most efficient way for us to produce quality, elevated work while still maintaining our deadlines.
