Our 7th Birthday and Our 7 Dolls!
EEK! It’s officially our BIRTHDAY WEEK!!! Can you tell we are excited to be celebrating 7 years of POSH PR® this week?! We’re always looking for an excuse to celebrate and we can tell you one thing — our birthday party was full of Champagne, confetti, and lots of pink!
Our Head Doll + CEO @thecarolinedoll had big plans when she dreamed up POSH PR®, but she didn’t know just how much it would grow. When it came to celebrating our 7th birthday, we thought an introduction of our team of 7 Dolls would be perfect. Seven Dolls on our 7th birthday — how could we resist?! We can’t wait to share a little more about ourselves with you today!
Meet Caroline
What is your role at POSH PR®? I am the Head Doll + CEO at POSH PR®!
What is your favorite part about working at POSH PR®? I love changing lives. Whether it’s our clients, employees, or myself — although it sounds cliche, it’s truly my mission to empower women so they can live the life they’ve always dreamed of living. I’ve strived to make that the case for myself, my employees, and my clients!
Any piece of advice for fellow Boss Dolls out there? You are the only thing standing in the way of living your dream life. The difference between what she has and what you don’t is focus and drive. When you make the decision that you want something badly enough, you will do whatever it takes until you get there!
Lastly, confetti or glitter?! This is such a tough question for me! I think it has to specifically be unicorn confetti with a touch of glitter.
Meet Kym
What is your role at POSH PR®? I’m our Operations Manager at POSH PR®. I help with #dollthethings! I focus on our event activations as well as speciality projects, such as branding photoshoots and our PR Behind The Pretty workshop! I love assisting my fellow Dolls and working closely with our Head Doll on strategies for growth! No two days are ever exactly the same so I always remain on my toes and ready to take on my next adventure!
What is your favorite part about work at POSH PR®? I love working at POSH PR® because of the people. The female entrepreneurs that we work with are such Boss Dolls! They’re inspiring go-getters and it’s an honor to be able to stand by them and their businesses. My fellow Dolls are also the most incredible people to their core — I’m blessed to work by the side of women each day who are so beautiful, both inside and out!
Any piece of advice for fellow Boss Dolls? Fellow Boss Dolls, remember to trust your instincts and to not be afraid of asking for what you know you deserve. If you feel you could monetize by adding a new service but have never seen it done before— try it! You may just be a step ahead! Do you feel like you’re pricing your services inaccurately but worry because you have X amount of year of experience it seems fair — think again! Put yourself in the market you know you’re worth!

Meet Shalese
What is your role at POSH PR®? I'm the Photography Doll, which means I get to shoot tons of photos of Caroline and the Dolls as well as create gorgeous images for our clients.
What is your favorite part about working at POSH PR®? The people I get to meet, hands down. It's such a gift to be able to get to know so many smart, driven, kind, powerful women! I'm constantly inspired by Caroline, the Dolls, and our clients. I also get to really stretch my creative muscles because all of our clients are so different! We've done shoots everywhere from rooftops to dental offices!
Any piece of advice for fellow Boss Dolls out there? Create boundaries and stick to them! After suffering from some pretty serious burnout in 2017, I've made it a goal not to let it happen again! When I decided to stop scheduling work things on Sundays, I was so afraid my business would suffer. But guess what? My clients have been totally flexible and understanding. It's worth it to stick to your boundaries so that you can take care of yourself, THEN serve others even better than before.
Lastly, confetti or glitter?! Easy — confetti! I had six confetti cannons for my wedding to use at different times! To me, there's nothing more fun and celebratory than confetti!!

What is your role at POSH PR®? Hi, hi! I’m Sierra, the Content Creator Doll at POSH PR®!
What is your favorite part about working at POSH PR®? My favorite part about working at POSH PR® is being able to bring to life different creative ideas! Whether that’s building sets for client photoshoots or doodling different rooms in the office for our brand holiday party, no two days are truly the same!
Any piece of advice for fellow Boss Dolls out there? As our Head Doll + CEO Caroline has advised me before, “own your area of genius!” Don’t be afraid to take risks — Be confident in yourself and your unique set of talents!
Lastly, confetti or glitter? Glitter but you can never go wrong with a little confetti either!

What is your role at POSH PR®? I am the Pitch Doll!
What is your favorite part about working at POSH PR®? I think it is a tie between the brilliant women I get to spend my days working with and the brilliant clients I get to spend my days working for!
Any piece of advice for fellow Boss Dolls out there? Always seek out opportunities to grow, evolve, and learn from others!

What is your role at POSH PR®? I’m the Social Media Doll!
What is your favorite part about working at POSH PR®? My favorite part is working with the other Dolls and learning more about how to grow and analyze online marketing through social media.
Any piece of advice for fellow Boss Dolls out there? Don’t be afraid to try something totally different- leaving a job I thought would be a forever career turned out to be an amazing choice and I’m so proud of it!

What is your role at POSH PR®? I am the Publicist Doll at POSH PR®! I love mapping out our blogs each month and enjoy curating our visual content!
What is your favorite part about working at POSH PR®? I love working with inspirational women who go after their dreams each day. BONUS: They are the most beautiful, kind, and hard-working group of women out there!
Any piece of advice for fellow Boss Dolls out there? Trust the timing of your life, Dolls! Opportunities don’t come knocking each day so when they do, answer the door!!! Dare to chase the dreams and take the risks, even when it’s scary. Don’t forget to own your inner sparkle along the way!
