A Brand Built to a T

Taylor Phillips is a second-generation homebuilder based out of Richmond. His mission is to design fully customized homes built to perfectly suit the needs of each client. We love his motto, “Built to a T,” and his commitment to providing a luxury experience to homeowners.


That’s why we were so excited to partner with them in launching their brand. From website design, to Instagram curation, to blog direction, to marketing collateral, working with Tailored Homes has been a true delight. We were particularly inspired by the Tiffany brand, because Taylor shares the same pursuit of excellence in craftsmanship that our favorite diamond company exemplifies.


The typical POSH PR® client is a woman in the luxury fashion sphere. We can build a glam + girly brand with our eyes closed. So when Taylor came to us, we knew we had a challenge on our hands!

Our branding photoshoot focused on the clean, minimal, and elevated experience that Taylor provides to his clients. We used some vector elements, like a blueprint in the signature TH blue, to represent Taylor’s process. This was combined with our photography to display the end result: a beautiful home to live in and enjoy.

But what to do with all the beautiful photos and explanations of Taylor’s process? Put them in a blog, of course! Regular blogging is one of the most important ways to attract web traffic. So we fleshed out Taylor’s website with a blog page and three introductory blogs.
