Take a mid-day break!
It can be hard to let yourself relax mid-day when there is so much going on, but we have found that a little rest can do a lot of good. We suggest an afternoon walk or taking a lunch with a friend. You’ll be able to come back rested, recharged, and ready to take on the rest of the day!
