3 Steps You Need To Take For Business Growth

Okay, Boss Doll™!  It’s time to grow!  But, now for the hard question — how do I grow my brand?!  The PR Dolls are all about growing pretty brands and that’s why we’re sharing the 3 steps you need to take right now!

Step 1: Identify your end results

We love starting at the end because then we know exactly where we’re trying to end up!  For example, your goal may be to build your Instagram following to 10k followers or to increase your sales by 15%.  No matter the end goal, it’s important to define what it is you are hoping to achieve because that will guide you as you move forward.

Step 2: Reverse engineer the plan

Now that you’ve clearly identified where you want to end up, now comes the fun part — creating the road map to how you’ll get there!  Let’s use the example of growing your Instagram following.  If this is the end result, what things would you need to do to achieve that?  You could choose to host giveaways, collaborate with other brands, or network with other like-minded businesses.  If you do choose to host a giveaway, what will you be offering?  When will you promote this?  What visuals and graphics will you need to execute this?  Okay Boss Dolls™, that was a lot of questions, but did you see what we did there?!  We laid out clear plans of action!  That’s exactly what you need to do, too!  

Step 3: TAKE ACTION

Now the you have the plan, it’s time to put it into motion!  Starting is half the battle.  Our advice?!  Step into your best heels, swipe on your favorite lipstick, and JUST DO IT!  This part is up to you, Doll!  Remember that each step you take in your plan is all a part of achieving the end result.
