I started POSH PR® with the intention of working with women in the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle industry to elevate their brands in order to curate the life they had always dreamed of—just like I did when I set out to start my company. Now I’m running a full service agency with services that range from Branding, PR, Social Media Management, and Content Creation. I always say that my love language is empowering women and my internal flame is lit by becoming their BusinessBFF™. I am a firm believer that one person can give life to creating change.

I have been recognized as a social media expert by Forbes, been a keynote speaker at conferences worldwide, and have worked with clients like Tiffany & Co. and Saks Fifth Avenue. I have written my own e-book and I just finished building a dream office for POSH PR®, better known as #TheDollHQ.

I live a fashion-infused lifestyle in the heart of Richmond, Virginia with my handsome Greek husband, Constantine. I strive to make the world a prettier place with heartfelt conversations, random acts of kindness, and, of course, an aesthetically pleasing and well-curated Instagram feed!
